4.4 servicenow tile is locking SN account / oauth connection

Our SNOW admin created the documented endpoint and account per

Ive 3x checked the secret, username, key and our instance …/now/api/

Has anyone else had issues with the tile locking out the SNOW account?

was internal SNOW group Was not documented in setup and internal to our company…oops
