Adding sound to a Visio Dashboard

Is there any way to add sound to a visio section when the Health visualization changes ??

Just laterally thinking…

Maybe if it was a dashboard, and you could have a mailbox, with associated email address.

Set up notifications in SCOM so that it sends an email to that mail address when the specific alerts generate that will change the health visualisation.

Then on the dashboard/computer, configure the email client to sound a specific sound (alarm?) when it receives email.
