We are trying to pull out summarised reports of % server Uptime for Production Environment.

While running Availability reports we can get a list of individual servers and they are highly skewed by agent health and not server down/unavailable.

Need assistance on producing a cumulative report on the whole server environment availability.

Something like targeting agent Ping reports which will equate to “Failed to Connect to Computer” and use some form of SLA reporting.
Use some SQL queries perhaps to put this in a report and generate a nice pie chart or graph using Squared Up to show availability data for the month.
