Is there any way to disable/remove standard alert task buttons such as owner/ticket based on the alerts resolution state

    • That isn't possible, those actions remain so that you're able to - for example - change the resolution state after you've closed an alert. However the alert will disappear from an alerts tile showing open alerts. What is the use case here out of curiosity?
    • I want to disable the Owner button on Squared up once the ticket is changed into certain states as these states will represent that the Alert is open in SCSM and and ownership will be controlled there and pushed back into SCOM rather than allowing them to become out of Sync
