Has anyone created any of these yet? The structure of them is quite confusing and I’m curious to see if anyone else has worked it out yet

In short, Squared Up support advised that this isn’t currently possible within the UI and that the JSON is indeed complicated, and undocumented for public use 
We’ll just have to wait to see what they do with the Dynamic Table in the future.
