How to connect Google nearline storage bucket as a Commvault 11 library?

I have an issue with adding my bucket as a cloud storage library. I made (as the Commvault “2 clicks video” said) a bucket, gave it a name, got my keys and secret one, pasted it into Commvault “cloud storage library” wizard and got the error:
