License provision workflow

Hello,

I have the following requirement:

If a user request the usage of SqUp via a service catalog, a workflow should be triggered to allow the user to access SquaredUp.

Note: Obviously in this case the “Automatic License Allocation” is disabled to prevent quick exhaustion of the licenses

Ideally there would be a REST API call to allow allocating/removing of licenses assignment.
