Since updating the Windows Server Operating System 2003/2008/2008R2/2012/2012R Management Pack to latest version 6.0.7323.0, I’m noticing some mounted volumes are no longer showing up as logical disks as they were prior to updating the management pack. Has anyone heard of this before? I’m kind of regretting updating this management pack and am considering going back to the old one if I can’t find a fix.

Mount Point discovery isn’t enabled by default in v6.0.7323.0, I cannot comment on the previous versions of the MP but in our environment we have always had an override applied to discover mount points. This also applied to the 2016 and 1709+ MP, see screen grab below highlighting this:
