I am trying to integrate Servicenow with Squared Up. All is configured on both sides correctly based on the instructions.
However, the call out to Servicenow is failing. From the browser on the SCOM server, I can connect out to the Servicenow instance so external access is working but cannot appear to connect from the tool itself.
Has anyone else encountered this previously and, if so, what did you do to resolve?
As well as the community, have you reached out to Squared Up support on this yet?
They may well be able to offer some guidance here
