We can create dashboards that can be drilled into and we can make dashboards open access (without any click through to more focused detail) but is there a way of allowing a person access to a dashboard and they can drill down into detail but restrict them from closing an alert or changing a dashboard?
Give them access to SCOM as a read only operator:
This will consume a named user license, but gives them the drill down functionality you require.
