Using SCOM connectors in Squared Up

Is there any way of using a SCOM Connector in Squared up, I’m specifically looking to be able to leverage the SCSM Connector to be able to raise tickets from alerts

Assuming you’re using native System Center functionality to raise tickets from alerts, with regards to Squared Up, is this the sort of thing you’re after? https://support.squaredup.com/v3/Walkthroughs/HowToAddLinkExternalTicketSystem

Do you use Cireson SSP at all? You can use the API to raise tickets by adding a HTML task on alerts within SQUP. http://cireson.com/vimeo-video/cireson-system-center-service-manager-scsm-self-service-portal-ssp-overview-demo/

this is exactly what we use, do you have any examples i could look at as im not big on HTML?

I’ve not got any real experience with APIs to be honest and I’m not big on HTML either! I’ve reached out to someone to see if they can assist though, will come back to you.
