I have a need to monitor a few key Windows 10 systems. I want to build a perspective for windows 10 what class should I scope it to?

Have you installed the relevant Management Pack? We don’t use it so I’m not certain but I’m guessing you need to install the ‘System Center Management Pack for Windows 10 Operating System’ MP.
