Is that possible to control alerts from Squaredup or it has to be controlled from SCOM only ?
You can update resolution states, add comments, and add a ticket IDs from SquaredUp. Just hover over the right side of an alert list to update the state (you can use the check box to select multiple alerts):
Or when drilling into an alert, click the Resolution State button (top right):
Change your resolution state and add a comment, then hit Update:
Your change will be shown next to the alert name, as well as in the History below:
These changes will also be visible in the SCOM console and vice versa.
You’re also able to run agent tasks to resolve issues by drilling into the object that generated the alert also.
You can’t create new alerts or edit existing ones though.
