This might be a stupid question, but if I’ve moved over to V3, is there any reason why I can’t just uninstall V2?
What do you mean? Are you unable to uninstall version 2? Should be safe to just uninstall it when you have both version 2 and 3 running on the same machine.

I’ve got V3 running alongside V2 on the same server, I haven’t tried to uninstall it yet, just looking for confirmation that it’s safe to do so and won’t break anything!
I’ve done it several times without issues. I would always recommend creating a snapshot of the server if it is running on a separate webserver before doing so.
