I am trying to design a report that will show me the servers that have the SCOM URL monitoring?
If a server is disabled or deleted I need to know what URL monitoring was setup on those servers that are now decomm’d but the URL alert continue?

Does it have to be SSRS report? We leverage resource pools to do the URL monitoring so we load balance and patch without missing checks.
The Application monitoring - Web application Availability monitoring - Test State view shows the url tests and in [] shows who is doing the test.
