01 Dec, 2017 Commented Hi, we currently manually push alerts from SCOM to SCSM in the SCOM console by right-click > Forward to > SCSM Connector rather than having rules set up to automaticlly raise ticket, i have previously performed the steps in the linked article to allow us to link back to these tickets but its the process of raising from squared up i need
