Assigned user cannot access


One of my 3 assigned users is unable to access SquaredUp - passthrough auth doesnt work for them neither does the inputting of their domain credentials.

Is there certain Active Directory permissions required for using SquaredUp - said user is only a member of Domain Users.


The user must have access to SCOM first - Squared Up uses SCOM’s RBAC (role based access controls) in order to access Squared Up. Without having any permissions over SCOM, the user cannot authenticate.
