Automate Deployment Of Linux Agents SCOM or OMS

Does any know of a System Center Orchestrator or Azure automation script that can automate the deployment on Linux agents? I have over 250 agent I need to deploy. I believe if I install the OMS Linux agent, I can discover the agent in SCOM and add them to monitoring. We are running SCOM 2012R2
