When configuring the Azure data source you have the option to select a billing Account type, the options being either Microsoft Customer Agreement / Partner Agreement / Online Services Program or Enterprise Agreement.
You can verify your account type by logging into Azure as an administrator and browsing into the Cost Management + Billing section.
Just to provide an example, below is what how it looks like in my Azure environment:
Just note that you may have multiple billing scopes but from experience they will usually have matching account types.
