Community Management Pack Catalog Error

In my SCOM console when clicking on the Management Packs (Community) I obtain the following error message

H Nathan

Thank you for the supper quick reply.

I have opened my console using the clearcacache parameter…

I am using SCOM 2016 UR3.

I tried directly from the SCOM MS and opening the console from my laptop.

On my laptop when clicking on the Discover Community Packs, I obtain a popup saying Failed to create the GitHubIndex Object.Unable to resolve the index location from http://www.mpcatalog.net/CatalogRepo and once I press ok on the that screen, I obtain a .net error

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Hello George Ch,

Thank you for your feedback and error report, I am looking into the issue and had one additional question when you have a moment.

When clicking on Management Packs (Community), is there a pop-up error with any additional information?

Could you please try clearing your console cache? Clearing this cache will refresh all of the local data the cache uses, including the Management Packs (Community) items.
To clear the cache: launch the console with the /clearcache flag.
