Comtrade MP licensing

Hi

 

Anyone experience in getting newer versions of the Comtrade MP for Citrix when it was purchased prior to the purchase of Citrix ? I have a customer who bought the pack in 2015. No info to be found on the Comtrade site.

I think it was handed back to Citrix, and we download the latest ones from Citrix. I’ll have to check with our netscaler engineer, but I’m pretty sure it’s Citrix now. We originally had the Comtrade one.

It is now part of Citrix. It is now free of charge, but you have to be a Platinum customer.
