Hi Adam,

Based on the snippet of message you supplied, it sounds like your reports are having a problem loading reports to your SSRS server. (I am also assuming you meant error #31569, not #32569.)

To troubleshoot this, we need the rest of the error message. Can you log onto one of your Management Servers and look for error 31569 on the Operations Manager event log and post the contents of the entire message here? Be sure to remove any sensitive information before posting (but replace the content with something generic).

Here is a sample error from my notes. As you can see, the message description details what the actual problem is. In this case, the SCOM Reporting Account doesn’t have the necessary permissions on the SSRS server. Once you grant the necessary permissions to the SCOM Service Account on the SSRS server, the error should go away (*you might need to restart the Management Server services, but I’m not sure).

Thanks for the extra information. At this point, I can’t really determine the underlying issue.

Are there any other error messages on your event log? What other symptoms are you encountering?

In the meantime, I have no idea if this will work for you, but have you seen and implemented this?

merci pour ton aide, je l’ai déjà fais sans succès
