Define business hours in SLO

Hello everyone,

I want to define different SLO’s for Production, Acceptance, Transition, Test etc, however I haven’t seen any possibility in the SLO wizard.

I would prefer creating dashboards over reports to accomplish this. I know it is possible to do this with the standard availability report, but was wondering if anyone succeeded in integrating this with an SLO, possibly through a custom solution.




Were you ever able to accomplish this? I’m wondering about something similar as well as if it’s possible to measure SLO during business hours?

I have seen the same problem as you have. And as you say you can get the data you want via a regular report in SCOM. I have started looking at using SQL queries to get the data but have not succeded yet. Maybe it is something for you to look at.
