Failover Cluster - 'File Share Witness'

Does anyone know if there is a health monitor for monitoring the health state of a Microsoft Windows 2012 R2 failover cluster file share witness?

As the witness is quite important in a cluster it would be nice to see if that share is up and available.

the file system mp is one idea, however you really need to read the warnings and fully understand the mp before using it, and you will want to test what you are going to do in a lab, to make sure it will not impact your ospmgr infrastructure. configuring this mp wrong can do really bad things to your opsmgr infrastructure. (just have to warn you)
