File Share monitoring? What do you use?

I’m trying to set up a monitor for a file share and uptime. I’m trying to get the Overcast file share mp to work but I can’t seem to get results pop up. What do you all use?

I may have answered my own question here. I was able to get the Overcast one to work using the //server/sharename rather than \server\sharename and found my text file was named “name.txt.txt”. ha.

We are using this one here:

It works with SCOM 2012 R2 und SCOM 2016. It monitors the availability of shares and modification of folders, files, etc. Pretty cool and easy to use.
