How do I create an EAM availability montor that requires signon/SSO for the website?

The https: sites we are trying to monitor require either SSO, a user/pw and a certificate issued by our PKI. How do we configure the EAM availability monitor for this scenario?

I believe that this would require the use of the PowerShell functionality that comes with the EAM Plus license. The Squared Up MPs create run as profiles for this purpose.
