How to move dashboards out of the "Default - Everyone"?

For the past 6 months I’ve been the only one using Squared Up in my environment but not I have some other users interested. I have never wanted to set up profiles until now. Of course now I see that all of my custom dashboards are in the Everyone one. How do I move these out so the Everyone is bare minimum so it doesn’t overlap additional dashboards in all other profiles?

It’s simply a case of creating a new profile, adding them to the new one, and removing them from default. Fairly straightforward process. Video below has more detail:
