I couldnt find PERSONALISATION - DARK THEME

hi team, any one could help me by telling me where i can find this ‘PERSONALISATION - DARK THEME’, we are on version 4.5.1 and there are no such option??

Dark theme is only available in the Enterprise and EAM packages:

Do you have an essentials license?

Thank you Jelly, yes we are on essential license, and i didnt know that. I thought it was a normal feature.
