IIS server monitored by SCOM 2016 keeps crashing after a restart

I’ve restarted my IIS server after some updates, and now it keeps crashing. The event log shows that it’s a SCOM 2016 issue (faulting module is the SCOM Agent). Anyone got a fix for this?

It could be an issue with the APM feature:

I might have jumped the gun now… Is the whole computer crashing not just the IIS? Then it might no be APM.
