Is it possible generate dashboard squared up v3 through Powershell?

We would like to generate dashboards to show the status from our customers appliciations based on information from our CDMB (SCSM).

In version 2 we could use the XML files to generate the dashboard through a powershell script.

Is it possible to do the same with Squared-up V3?

Version 3 of Squared Up introduces Perspectives which means you can build a single “Application” perspective and have it displayed for all of your applications.
