Open Acces - Cache Time and update after publish

Hi.

Can anyboy put a word or two un the cache time in open access, I see somthing like 15 min -20 min from updating a design to a new is shown in Open Access.

However we also have a dealy in some of the data not updated and I started to wonder what data is updated on refresh (60 sek) and what is not

In this image, the upper bar is from normal access and status time (Healthy for XXX) is 1 hour the lower is taken at the same time but shows 41 min

Cant wait 20 min for health status
