Open acces dashboard delayed update

Hi,
We build dashboards based on Visio’s. Now step by step the appopriate monitors are build in SCOM. Each time a monitor is build I edit the Visio, add the data-link, and save as VSDX and SVG.

Now in SquaredUp I modify the old dashboard by inserting the new SVG, and result is immediately visible. Next I publish the new dashboard, and share it as an Open access dashboard.

The ‘problem’ is: it takes up to 15 mins. to see the new dashboard in open access. First 10-15 mins. the old dashboard still is displayed.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong, or any solution?

Unfortunately, this appears to be a bug - as it’s been the same every time I’ve tried to update an OA dashboard. Probably best to get this logged as a bug with support.

There’s a workaround, but it takes Squared Up offline for a few minutes. Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll get you the steps.

Taking offline SquaredUp is not an option with lots of dashboards continuously used by the business.
With us busy developping and adjusting dashboard that would happen too often …
