Post V5.0 Upgrade Some Team Folder permissions not working

Users with Author permissions on a team folder cannot see the full content of that team folder.

The content they can see in some instances cannot be edited by them.

A workaround i found was to clone the dashboard …move it out of the team folder then move it back in and then they have full control as per the Author permission applied or can then see the dashboard again.

An easier way to fix this issue would be appreciated as there are literally hundreds of dashboards within a large team folder structure that i need to fix.
