Question: Create an Alert view with filter on the TicketID field(?)

We are currently trying to create an alert view with a filter on the TicketID field: Only alerts that contain a value with a certain prefix, e.g. “INC-*” in the TicketID field should be displayed. A solution using the Powershell dashboard is not desired, as the alerts displayed in the grid view are not “clickable” (DrillDown). Can you help? Thx a lot!

Have you tried specifying a criteria of TicketId LIKE '%INC%’ on the advanced tab when scoping the Alerts List tile?

This should just display Alerts that contain a value of INC in the TicketId field and allow you to drilldown.
