Happy New Year! 
We’re a little late publishing this update as many of the team enjoyed some time off over the holidays. It’s a great update with some nice quality-of-life wins. HaloPSA gets refreshed built-in dashboards with new ticket summaries and KPIs, and Web API now supports scripting so you can transform responses before visualizing them. You’ll also see faster loading, smarter dashboards, and a bunch of tidy visualisation tweaks. We’ve squashed a good list of bugs, added a new ClickHouse plugin, and shipped several plugin improvements across Azure, Splunk, GitHub, ServiceNow, and more. Here’s to a great 2026!
