SCOM Powershell on windows server 2016

Hi, my scom servers are windows 2012R2 and I’m running scom 1801. Now I want to run a powershell script on our orchestrator runbook servers (windows 2016) with scom powershell comands (Get-Scomgroup). When running these on the orchestrator servers, we get an error like ‘Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.’ When I invoke the command on a 2012 server, it works.

What can be the problem?

Hi!

It sounds like a missmatch in versions of scom? Have you verified that you have the same powershell module installed?

Yes, I’ve installed the same scom console on our orchestrator servers.
