ServiceNow Donut Tile

Hi All,

Is there a way to filter what is returned in the ServiceNow Donut tile?

I want to be able to show a donut chart of open incident assigned to a specific team.

I see the ‘filter’ button in the table properties but nothing happens when I click on it.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Tom,

The ServiceNow Donut tile pulls in filters from ServiceNOW itself. They do have some documentation about how to create them: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/geneva-servicenow-platform/page/use/using_lists/task/t_CreatingFilters.html

The caveat to this is that that it can’t deal with dynamic filters and the API account has to have the required permissions to get at them on the serviceNOW side of things.
