I keep running into this dll version snafu… Anyone get this to work in SCOM 2016? If so, how and you’ll be my new best friend!
Yes Microsoft said this was not supported. I was just hoping someone found a way to make it work somehow.
update: MS was able to help me put in a workaround by copying the needed dlls from 2012 r2 over to 2016 and then running the admintask1.ps1 script manually.

Reading into the comments and looking at one of the links (Michael Skov: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/systemcenter/en-US/af83fbce-aa0a-4863-afe1-2ea2ee2e3cca/sharepoint-2010-mp-for-scom-2016?forum=operationsmanagermgmtpacks) He suggests that Microsoft do not support this MP for SCOM 2016. This is likely going to be best raised with Microsoft to confirm.
