Do you know if we can create a dynamic squaredup url to find the alert details with ticket id in the squaredup URLs… something like that
Https://sauaredupserver/still down/scomalert?/ticketid=xxxx
When you say Ticket ID - I am wondering if you are meaning the Alert ID
If so, you could do something like this in your SMTP email Channel format…
SquaredUp Alert: “https://SquaredUpServer/SquaredUpV5/drilldown/scomalert?id=$UrlEncodeData/Context/DataItem/AlertId$”
Dashboard: “https://SquaredUpServer/SquaredUpV5/OpenAccess”
