Squaredup upgrade failed

I’m upgrading from V4.5.1 to 4.8.1 using in place upgrade. It throws an error : Error encountered during step “Detect files for backup”: “Command [ “C:\Program Files\Squared Up\4x\deploy.exe” updir --target=“C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SquaredUpv4” --start] provided a non-successful exit code” code “0x1B”

Please assist with the solution. Thanks
