We have one user that cannot manipulate a dashboard. As soon as they hit new dashboard, one appears but they cannot see any widgets or anything to do . It’s not the server as all other users are fine. Is there a way to remove their cache?
was due to corruption in an unpublished dashboards
Navigate to c:\inetpub\SquaredUp\User\Packages\USERNAME
folder on SquaredUp server and move Dashboards
, Navigation
folders to a backup location.
In the SquaredUp console, click on the reload button under menu**☰ > system > dashboards to reload all the latest content
Check if you can publish a new dashboard.
