Unable to login during initial setup of squaredup portal

For some reason, my credentials does not take during the initial setup of the SquaredUp portal for SCOM. I confirmed with my team that my account has admin level access to both SCOM and the datawarehouse. Is there a way to check or a diagnostic log that will point me to why i am unable to login?
