I’m upgrading to SCOM 2016 from 2012 and I can’t figure out how to migrate my notifications. Can anyone help?

But if you do an inplace upgrade or add a new server to a existing management group they will still be there.

Are you not doing an inplace-upgrade? If you do inplace-upgrade notifications should still be there?
