I have one folder which includes a dashboard and a perspective of VDA Map. When user logs in he can view the dashboard but when clicks on the perspective it shows “Failed to load context for perspective, you may not have access to view this entity”. The user has view access to the folder.
Any idea what’s going on ?
Hey, SquaredUp also takes into account the access users have in SCOM, do you know if this particular user has access to see the objects you’ve scoped the perspective to?
Got it, i had to add the BMC app scope to that group in SCOM and it worked. Thanks for the help.
