V3 Dashboard is missing but its JSON file is present

Hi experts,

I see a strange issue, a dashboard is missing from Squaredup console, but its JSON file is present in the package folder. below are the few troubleshooting steps are performed but none worked:

  • Tried recycling the app pool
  • Restoring the file by placing in other folder and recycled the app pool
  • checked for errors in logs(LogFiles\W3SVC1) found no clues

Did you contact support? What did they say?

Can you search for the dashboard title in the global search box? Does it just not appear on the navigation?

I had a search in the global search box, none returned with that name.

Probably best to raise this with support then. Must be something odd going on
